My wellness journey began in university when I realized my reliance on processed foods left me feeling drained, sluggish, and far from my best. What started as a simple experiment with healthier breakfast options turned into a lifelong quest to nourish my body in ways that allowed me to feel energized and thrive—without spending hours in the kitchen.
As I moved through life’s many phases—building a career, getting married, and raising two wonderful kids—I discovered that true wellness requires more than one-size-fits-all solutions. I learned how to adapt my routines to fit my changing lifestyle and discovered the importance of approaching health with flexibility and problem-solving.
While healthy eating was my starting point, I’ve since realized that self-care is about so much more. Feeling confident in the kitchen makes it easier to nourish yourself and your family without stress. Prioritizing sleep and energy balance helps you show up fully in your life.
