About Your Coach:

Hi! I’m Amanda, a holistic nutritionist and health coach passionate about helping others create lives full of balance and ease. My wellness journey began in university, when I realized my reliance on processed foods left me feeling drained, sluggish, and far from my best. What started as a simple experiment with healthier breakfast options turned into a lifelong quest to nourish my body in ways that allowed me to feel energized and thrive—without spending hours in the kitchen.

As I moved through life’s many phases—building a career, getting married, and raising two wonderful kids—I discovered that true wellness requires more than one-size-fits-all solutions. I learned how to adapt my routines to fit my changing lifestyle and discovered the importance of approaching health with flexibility and problem-solving.

​

While healthy eating was my starting point, I’ve since realized that self-care is about so much more. Building confidence in the kitchen gave me the foundation to embrace other healthy habits like better sleep, regular movement, and stress management. That’s why I’m so excited about mindfulness. It’s the starting point that helps you connect with yourself, reduce overwhelm, and build habits that work for your unique life.

Through this six-week mindfulness challenge, I’ll guide you toward creating a calm, solid foundation for your wellness journey. Together, we’ll focus on reducing stress, being present, and building skills you can adapt for life. I’m thrilled to be part of this transformational experience with you!
