Over this concentrated 3 week program, you'll work with Amy Pawliuk, Holistic Nutritionist, to gain better understanding of your body and digestive system, and follow a 2 week meal plan to clear toxins and begin healing your body.


Amanda McKeen, certified nutrition and mindset coach, will help you dig deep to really peel back the layers and uncover the stories that have kept you stuck. Then help you to create a new groundwork so your mind is wired to support you every step of the way on your health journey.
